The Integrated Circuits Design Group focuses on ICs design and novel architecture development, including analog/digital-analog hybrid ICs design, application-specific ICs design and supporting system development for application-specific chips. Faculty and graduate students are involved in a broad range of basic and applied research programs funded by government and industry sponsors. These resources offer students abundant opportunities to engage in cutting-edge research and professional practice. The team leader, Prof. Yuchun Chang, has served as the chief scientist in one National Key Research and Development Program.
